Good evening all,
Can you believe it, I 'm back with another SC creation. I am just loving colouring these sassy cuties. This time I have used the adoreable little 'Thank You' and once again I have coloured her with my Promarkers.
The beautiful DP's are from my all time fave paper pad Ella Blue from GCD. Pretty much everything has been distressed with Frayed Burlap DI, faux stitched and then I have applied masses of the scrummy Shabby Blue Frantage.
I added a little white paint to the flowers, some pearls, crushed ribbon and some super cute pom pom trim from my stash.
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Passion for Promarkers - #200 'Add Ribbon, Lace or Twine
I Love Promarkers - #170 'Use Dies (But No Punches)'
Sketch and Stash - #114 (Fabulous Sketch and my neglected stash is my Ella Blue DP's)
Party Time Tuesdays - #122 'Anything Goes'
Simon Says - 'Anything Goes'
Deep Ocean - #52 'Ribbons and/or Laces'
Loves Rubber Stamps - #54 'Bows'
Bye for now
Big Hugs

Life Is A Circus!!!!
Evening peeps,
Wow what a beautiful weekend, I cannot believe the gorgeous weather we have had for the last 2 bank holiday weekends it is unheard of. Anyway, didn't get out in the sunshine much yesterday as I had a stand at the Lincoln Sincerely Yours Papercraft Show and I have to say I had a wonderful time catching up with loads of lovely crafters both from in and around Lincolnshire and also loads of Blog buddies so a big HI to all of you lovelies.
Ok, so now time to share my latest SC creation with you. I just adore this fab design from Krista and as soon as it arrived I just new I had to get colouring.
The challenge over at Saturated Canary seemed just perfect 'Hair That Is Different' so I went a little mad with Trixie's locks. I coloured using my trusty Pro's and once again played with my scrumptious Frantage.
Close Up
All other stamped images are from Stampendous and just seemed to work really well with Circus Trixie. I didn't want to use my normal spray of flowers, so I made a supersized ribbon flower. I created the little frame by coating a metal frame charm with Shabby White Frantage then stamped the Cheeky Lil Pierot and cut it to fit the frame then I covered it with Micro Beads.
Cheeky Little Pierot
Well I hope you like her and I'll be back soon to share more creations.
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Saturated Canary - #44 'Hair That Is Different'
Passion for Promarkers - #199 'Anything Goes'
Crafting Life's Pieces Challenge - #58 'Sketch Challenge for May'
Deep Ocean - #52 'Ribbons and/or Laces'
Big Crafty Hugs

Inspired by a Song
Hello peeps,
Wow can't believe another fortnight has passed and it's time once again for a Basic Grey Challenge. This fortnight the theme is 'Inspired by a Song' so once again a very open theme.
I have chosen to use the gorgeous 'Autumn' from Saturated Canary and my song choice is 'Autumn Leaves' sung by many artists including Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole to name a few.
The stunning DP's are from the Pyrus collection by Basic Grey and boy have I gone to town with the Frantage!! First I coloured my yummy image in with Promarkers and then used Shabby White around the image and sentiment (just love this look) and the doily die cut I covered with Aged Taupe and a little sprinkling of Shabby White.
As I fell in love with the Passion for Promarkers challenge theme 'Doodleicious' I wanted to play along so I added faux stitching lines around all edges using my fine nib on my Olive Green Promarker. I did like how subtle it looks on patterned DP's.
Finally here is a little close up of 'Autumn' and that wonderful Frantage.
I am entering this into the following challenges:
The Sketchy Challenge - #47 'Sandy's Sketch'
Passion for Promarkers - #198 'Doodleicious'
Fussy and Fancy - #89 'Pearls and Lace'
Cupcake Crafts - #242 'Lots of Layers'
ABC - 'N is for Not Just One' (I used lace, flowers and pearls)

Moustachio Basic Grey Gift Box
Morning peeps,
See I told you I'd be back soon!!!
This morning it's time for another fabulous challenge over at Basic Grey Challenges. This time we want to see you 'Mix and Match' your Basic Grey products. It is amazing how well so many of the different collections work together so have a play.
I decided to go for a vintage but slightly quirky masculine theme. I combined DP's from the Oliver and Marjolaine collections.
The fab moustaches were cut using a Memory Box die and they were mounted onto a section of the Happy Definition from Hero Arts. The clock is from Marianne D and the cogs are from a Spellbinders set. I am totally in love with this new vintage Washi Tape from Crafts Too and am already working my way through most of the designs and it only arrived in the shop last week!!.
Well I hope you like it and remember to pop over to Basic Grey Challenges and give us an entry!
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Frilly and Funkie - 'There's No Time To Waste'

Fairy Tilda Gift Box
Good evening all,
Wow I finally managed to grab a few hours to create something just for me. Whilst hopping around blogland I stumbled across MDUC's 'Button It' challenge and it got me thinking. So I decided to create a gift box just for me to look pretty in 'MY' craft room and to store my precious buttons in.
So here it is:
I used the beautiful Prima DP's from the Fairy Flora collection and also the box is covered with Capella DP's from Basic Grey. The super cute Fairy Tilda is coloured with Distress Markers and everything has been edged with Pumice Stone DI and Platinum Stickles.
Close Up of Box Front:
I made the large pink flower by layering 10 different die cut paper flowers and then spritzed with Glimmer Mist and crumpled each layer.
I am entering this box into the following challenges:
MDUC - #194 'Button It Up'
Friday Sketch Challenge - 'Sketch 42'
Midweek Magnolias - #59 'Lovely Lace'
Marvelous Magnolias - #25 'Pearls and Lace'
Tilda's Town - #51 'Anything Goes'
Fussy and Fancy #88 'Anything Goes'
Well I'll be back tomorrow for the next fab Basic Grey challenge so sleep well and I'll see you soon.
Big Hugs
