Totally Tilda Baby Blog Hop!!

Morning all,
Wow can't believe it's finally here, The Totally Tilda Blog Hop!! Grab a cup of coffee and get comfy because this is a long post but well worth the read, I promise.
As most of you know I joined this amazing DT after an invitation by the lovely Susie Sugar only a few months ago and it really is an honour to be part of such a talented team.
Well as a Challenge blog Totally Tilda is celebrating it's 2 year anniversary and the whole team would like to say a huge Thank You to all of our lovely followers and what better way to say thanks and to have some fun than a Blog Hop??
Ok so firstly you have to make a project to enter into the challenge that is running alongside the Blog Hop, and this time we want to see your baby themed creations. For this special occassion you can even use baby Edwin!
We have 3 amazing sponsors for the Hop including Bunny Zoes Crafts ,Crafty Emma's and Sir Stampalot with fabulous prizes up for grabs. We also have some hidden candy along the way, so when you have submitted your entry be sure to leave each Design Team member some love on their own blog to be in with a chance to win even more goodies!!
I will be sending out some surprise calorie free crafty candy to one lucky randomly selected person that leaves a comment for me at the end of this post. yummy!!
The order of the hop is the order in which the projects appear on the Challenge blog, so if you get lost along the way then go back to the Totally Tilda Challenge Blog and pick up from there!
So you should have arrived here from the lovely Becky's blog, if you did you are in the right place, if not please go back to the Totally Tilda challenge blog and start from there.
The blog hop will run for the next two weeks alongside the current challenge so there is plenty of time for you to get round all the DT blogs and leave your lovely comments!
So, once you have left your comment here you should hop on over to the lovely Kirsty-Anne's blog where you will find yet more fabulous inspiration.
Thanks for taking part and I hope you have fun.
Well here is my Baby project I hope you like it:

I chose to use the super cute Baby Tilda from the Princes and Princesses 2012 Collection. I used my Cricut to create the oversized scalloped card and trimmed with my new favourite ruched lace. The beautiful sentiment is LOTV, the swirls are from a Marianne D die and the flowers are from my stash. As usual I have coloured my image with my trusty Promarkers and kept things light and fresh.

I am entering this into the following challenges:
Passion for Promarkers #149 'Photo Inspiration' (I have used the main colour pink and the ginghan patterns for inspiration)
I Love Promarkers - #117 'Anything Goes'
Tilda's Town - #1 'Anything Goes'
By The Cute and Girly - May 'Spring is All Around'
Charisma Cardz - #19 'Metal Charms'
Crafty Catz - #133 'Girly Time!
Ok so have fun happy crafting and I'll be back soon
Hugs

P is for...........Pockets

Rant, rant, rant!!!
Just realised blogger did not schedule this post. So apologies this should have been posted this morning. Anyway today is time for another fab challenge over at ABC and this time the very talented Julie has chosen 'P is for Pockets'. So get your thinking caps on and send a creation using pockets in some way. We are sponsored this time by the wonderful Bunny Zoes Crafts so why not give it a go.

I have made a double pocket card which holds 2 sentiment tags. The DP's are capella by BG. The gorgeous Tilda is Peachy Tilda from the Yummy for Your Tummy Collection and the Butterfly is a Doo Hickey Die. Both sentiment stamps are from Hero Arts. I have coloured my Tilda with Promarkers and Prisma Pencils.

I am entering this into the following challenges:
Simply Create Too - #13 'Mother's Day or Feminine'
Sarah Hurley - #66 'Tags and Tickets'
Sweet Stampin - 'Flower Power'
Cute Card Thursday - #216 'Food or Drink'
Crafty Catz - #132 'Happy Birthday'

Pink Princess Tilda gets all Shook Up

Morning all,
Hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend. I am off down South soon to visit family and attend the Windsor Horse parade this evening (just hope it stays dry as will not be under cover and no brollies allowed!!)
Anyway I just wanted to let you know that you still have a week to enter the fab challenge over at Totally Tilda. We want to see your Pink Princess Tilda creations and please remember Tilda must be wearing either a crown or tiara and she must be dressed in pink. Why not pop over and check out the wonderful DT's inspiration and send us an entry.

Here is my little bit of mid week inspiration
I have made this card for my beautiful niece's birthday which is today and she is already 4 years old, can't believe it she was only 12days old when she was our bridesmaid!
Ok well enjoy the rest of your weekend and I'll be back soon

Pretty Pink Princess Tilda

Hi folks,
Firstly a big thanks to everyone that came along to the shop yesterday for my first big event. We all had a fantastic time and learnt lots of crafty tips and techniques from the very talented John Glossop aka Mr Messy.
Now onto todays fab new challenge over at Totally Tilda and this time we want to see any Princess Tilda in Pink. We are sponsored this time by the fabulous Crafty Ribbons so why not give it a go.

We are sponsored this time by the fabulous Crafty Ribbons so why not give it a go as they are giving away a fab prize like this one:

I have chosen to use the beautiful Princess Tilda from the 2010 Fairy Tale Collection. I used crystal gems to give her a proper blingy tiara. The gorgeous castle is from the 2012 Princes and Princesses Collection and I so wanted to try colouring it in a really girly way, hope it works!
The DP's are from a really old Papermania collection and the beautiful sentiment is of course LOTV.

Little close up of the beautiful Princess Tilda
As always I coloured with my trusty Promarkers. Iadded faux stitching to most DP layers and everything is edged with Pumice Stone DI.

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
Simply Magnolia - 'A Card But Not a Square'
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Use Flowers'
Midweek Magnolias - #9 'May Flowers'
Passion for Promarkers - #147 'Bright and Light' (I used soft muted DP's and used bright colours for my Princess)

Promise I'll be back soon to share more creations once I have caught up with some sleep as this week has been pretty stressful what with countless trips to Docs numerous blood tests and the demo day yesterday my body is definately wanting a rest!
Big Hugs and Happy Crafting!

O is for..........Orange at ABC

Good morning folks,
Well it's time once again for another fantastic challenge over at ABC and already we are up to the letter O, and this time the lovely Julie has chosen the colour Orange. I must admit that I feel pretty much the same way about orange as I do yellow (it scares me!). Anyway I have given it my best shot, and actually I really enjoyed the challenge, if the truth be known I got a bit carried away.
I haven't made a book box card for years but they seem to be popping up everywhere so I thought I'd give it another try. There are loads of tutorials out there including one in the Magnolia Ink mag so why not have a go.

I chose to use the beautiful Tilda with Ballet Shoes from the 2012 Princes and Princesses Collection as well as Pink Tilda Ice/Ballet Princess and her shoes from the 2008 Pink Collection. I wanted a softer look for this little cutie so I used Desert Sand Memento instead of my regular black. Once again I coloured with my trusty Promarkers and Prisma Pencils
The gorgeous DP's are from the Boho Chic collection from First Edition.

I used some beautiful ruched lace to frame my oval and added pearls to just about everything. All edges were distressed with Pumice Stone DI and then topped with Diamond Stickles. I also used my 2 fave Memory Box dies, Elegant Scroll and the fabulous Catalina Wreath. I hand pricked most edges to create a faux stitch line for more detail.

I chose to fill much of the box cavity with some more gorgeous flowers and the fab sentiment is from the new Papermania Wellington collection.

I am entering this project into the following challenges:
Just Magnolia - #154 'Button's and Bows'
Magnolia Mania - #45 'Bingo' I chose Distressing, Lace and Tilda
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Stitching Real or Faux
Passion for Promarkers - #146 'Cut it Out'
Paper Sundaes - #118 'Ribbons and Pearls'
Midweek Magnolias - #8 'Open Theme'
Simply Magnolia - Use At Least 2 Magnolia Stamps
The Stamp Man - 'Shabby Chic or Distressed Style'
Deep Ocean - #24 'Use Punches and Dies'
